Jack W. Nicklaus, II
Jack W. Nicklaus II has been a member of the Columbus Partnership since 2010.
In 2003, Nicklaus was named General Chairman of the Memorial Tournament and Chairman of its host venue Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio. Just as Nicklaus is carrying on the legacy his father created at the Memorial Tournament, so too is he perpetuating the excellence and the highest of quality standards in course design long associated with the Nicklaus name.
The Memorial Tournament is one of only five tournaments given “invitational” status by the PGA Tour. Nationwide Children’s has been the Memorial Tournament’s primary beneficiary since its inception in 1976. The Tournament has raised more than $5.7 million to support the programs and services at Nationwide Children’s in those 30-plus years, and the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is named to honor that generous commitment.
